Students receive a Library card enabling book borrowing privileges. Complete the Library Membership form with the Librarian to get started.
Each student can issue a maximum of three books at a time for fourteen days. Return books on or before the due date to avoid penalties.
Books must be returned before or on the due date. A fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be imposed for any delay in returning the books.

Promoting community service and social responsibility among students
The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Government-sponsored Public Service Programme in India, launched in 1969 to promote Community Service among students. Its main aim is to develop the personality of youth through social work and to encourage a sense of social responsibility, discipline, and leadership.
The College NSS Programme commenced in the 2023-24 Academic Year under the North Eastern Hill University's NSS Cell, with Assistant Professor Kevin L. Kharkongor serving as Programme Officer.
